Court interpreter

A court interpreter is the person appointed by the President of the County or Commercial Court for the period of four years. After the expiry of the said period, the court interpreter is re-appointed for the new four-year period. The court interpreter certifies and confirms with his/her signature and stamp that the translated text is a true and correct translation from the original language. Such certified translation are valid, original documents accepted by government bodies, judicial authorities, ministries, schools and universities
